UN declared India as the 5th largest FDI recipient country in 2020. The maximum number of foreign companies registered in India are US based which is further followed by Singapore, UK, Japan, and Germany from 2015-2024.
There has been an overall increase in the total number of foreign companies registered in 2024 when compared from 2015.
